Simple Grain Bowl
A flavorful meal that comes together quickly with whatever you have on hand. This style of meal can be easy to make and super nourishing. It’s one of our favorite ways to use up leftovers and produce in the fridge.
Ingredients
Rice or grain of your choice
Sauteed or fresh greens
Roasted veggies like broccoli or cauliflower
Green onions, chopped
Bell pepper, sliced
Avocado
Cooked tofu or other protein of choice
Yin Yang Carrots
Method
We like to start with easy to digest white rice or quinoa. Next simply add the veggies and tofu or other protein to the bowl and top with a generous scoop of Yin Yang Carrots. Finish the bowl by drizzling a spoonful or two of the brine over everything. A splash of soy sauce or tamari tastes great too!
