If you’re looking to brighten up a dish, add some tang and a little acidic zest, adding Puréed Probiotics will do just the trick! It’s that little bit of acidity that things like hummus, tapenade, guacamole and salad dressings can benefit from. Adding 2 tablespoons or more per cup should do the trick.
