Firefly Kimchi Kettle Corn
This is quite frankly the perfect snack. Mixing coconut sugar and our Firefly Kimchi Salt creates a delicious blend of sweet, salty and spicy. All you have to do is sprinkle it on freshly popped popcorn (buttered popcorn works best) and voila! A treat and a snack all in one. You might want to make a double batch of this sweet and savory blend to have on hand for movie night, or use it as a rub for salmon or pork and on roasted nuts.
Makes about 1 & 1/3 cups of topping
Ingredients
1 cup + 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
1/3 cup Firefly Kimchi Salt
Method
Measure and mix ingredients in a jar. We suggest popping the popcorn in coconut oil and sprinkling the salt on immediately while it’s still warm. Drizzling the popcorn with butter or coconut oil first is our preferred method.
