Probiotic Super Sauce
This bright, fresh, and versatile sauce is chock full of gut-healthy goodness. A fusion of probiotic foods - yogurt, kefir, miso, and our wild fermented sauerkraut - it’s bursting with flavor and health benefits.
Makes about 1.5 cups
Ingredients
½ cup Classic Kraut, drained
½ cup yogurt
½ cup kefir
½ - 1 avocado
2 tablespoons white miso
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ garlic cloves
Method
In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Drizzle on grains, greens, fish, tofu or wraps, bowls, and sandwiches.
